Introduction and Acceptance

Thank you for your interest in our games, including Dragon Knife, Kong Hero (each a “Project” and collectively the “Projects”). The Projects are products and/or services of GEEUNI LTD, intended to provide a secure and engaging gaming experience (the “Services”). PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GAMES AND RELATED SERVICES OF THE PROJECTS OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PROJECTS. YOUR USE IS SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS PRESENTED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE PROJECTS IN ANY WAY OR FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER.

Limited License

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, GEEUNI LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal, and limited right to access and use the Projects solely for your private, non-commercial purposes.

User Accounts

All user accounts (“Accounts”) remain the property of GEEUNI LTD. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise assign your Account to any third party. Any such attempt is void and may result in suspension or termination of your Account.

Intra-Project Values and Virtual Items

Definition

Intra-Project Values refer to in-game currencies or point systems that can be acquired or earned within the Projects. Virtual Items refer to digital objects, enhancements, or functionalities available within the Projects (e.g., skins, power-ups, characters, etc.).

License Grant

If a Project offers you the ability to purchase or earn Intra-Project Values and/or Virtual Items, GEEUNI LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use them solely within the applicable Project and for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

No Monetary Value

Neither Intra-Project Values nor Virtual Items represent or confer any real-world currency or property rights. They cannot be exchanged for real money or any monetary equivalent, except as required by applicable law.

Purchase Terms

The price, billing period, and other terms for Intra-Project Values or Virtual Items will be disclosed within the Project before you complete a purchase. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to the disclosed terms, including any applicable taxes or fees. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Change in Value

GEEUNI LTD may adjust the value, cost, or availability of Intra-Project Values and Virtual Items at its sole discretion to reflect technical, legal, or economic factors. You acknowledge such adjustments do not entitle you to compensation.

Ownership and Restrictions on Use

The Website is owned and operated by GEEUNI LTD. Any and all content, data, graphics, photographs, images, audio, video, software, systems, processes, trademarks, service marks, trade names and other information including, without limitation, the “look and feel” of the Website (collectively, the “Content”) contained in this Website are proprietary to GEEUNI LTD, its affiliates and/or third-party licensors.
